About

Per Fidem Intrepidus means "Fearless Through Faith". My courage isn't my own, it comes from the Holy Spirit, it's my faith in God and my personal savior Christ Jesus that calms my fears and allows me to move forward in this fallen world. Personally I'm afraid of a lot of stuff, but having the faith that Jesus adopted me as his little, sin filled, brother keeps me going.

Pope Francis Re-Writes The Bible

Not The Pope
On Wednesday Pope Elliot Carver Francis stood before the world, opened his mouth, and with all the power of his office got the Gospel completely and utterly wrong. One would guess that being the head of the largest organized religion on earth Pope Francis would be slightly familiar with the writings of Paul, or maybe even the words of Jesus, but obviously one would be wrong.
“The Lord created us in His image and likeness, and we are the image of the Lord, and He does good and all of us have this commandment at heart, do good and do not do evil. All of us. ‘But, Father, this is not Catholic! He cannot do good.’ Yes, he can… “The Lord has redeemed all of us, all of us, with the Blood of Christ, all of us, not just Catholics. Everyone! ‘Father, the atheists?’ Even the atheists. Everyone!” We must meet one another doing good. ‘But I don’t believe, Father, I am an atheist!’ But do good: we will meet one another there.”
It's hard to open the bible and then come away with something as wrong as this. Of course the left, the Jesus haters, the godless and the unbelievers are overjoyed that the pope came around to their way of thinking, but that was pre-ordaned by 2 Timothy 4:3-4. Let's take a look at what Pope Carver Francis said to get the ear tickling started:

“The Lord created us in His image and likeness, and we are the image of the Lord, and He does good and all of us have this commandment at heart, do good and do not do evil."
In Genesis 1:26 we were indeed made in the image of the Lord (and in the image of Jesus and in the image of the Holy Spirit) and yes God is good, as seen in Psalm 100:5, but do all of us have the newly minted commandment of "do good and do not do evil"?  at heart? NO -
1 The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they have committed abominable deeds; There is no one who does good. The Lord has looked down from heaven upon the sons of men To see if there are any who understand, Who seek after God. They have all turned aside, together they have become corrupt; There is no one who does good, not even one. (Psalm 14:1-3)
Did Pope Carver Francis forget about Satan's little conversation with Eve in the Garden of Eden and the eventual outcome? We are born into a condition of sin and are objects of God's wrath because of this:
All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath.(Ephisians 2:3)
Even IF we were born with the commandment "do good not evil" (a condition of which is completely imaginary because of the events recorded in Genesis 3 which Pope Carver Francis must have skipped over) we are under no compunction to follow it because of Genesis 3.
‘But, Father, this is not Catholic! He cannot do good.’ Yes, he can…
Nothing to see here, just some Papist arrogance. Keep moving.
“The Lord has redeemed all of us, all of us, with the Blood of Christ, all of us, not just Catholics. Everyone!
Besides the papist arrogance, yes God did redeem all of us through the Blood of Christ, however it is not an unconditional redemption, you MUST have faith in Jesus Christ, you MUST accept him as your savior. Basicly God says "Here's your redemption, come claim it or the offer expires when you die." and if you don't claim the offer, well, you may end up meeting a pope or two anyhow, just not in a place either one of you want to be.
‘Father, the atheists?’ Even the atheists. Everyone!”
Besides missing Matthew 23:9 maybe Pope Carver Francis missed the Gospel of John when he skipped the book of Genesis.
6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.” (John 14:6-7)

Is the pope saying that Atheists can claim their redemption from God? Well, to do that they have to believe not only in God, but that Jesus Christ is their savior, it's the rule, no getting around it. That kind of thing is hard to do that when you turn your back on God, stick your fingers in your ears and sing "La la la la la la I can't hear you! There is no God!" God is supposed to grant eternal life on that? How can he? He can't:
But your iniquities have separated
you from your God;
your sins have hidden his face from you,
so that he will not hear.
(Isaiah 59:2)
By cutting off your communication with God, you've also cut off God's communication with you.
We must meet one another doing good. ‘But I don’t believe, Father, I am an atheist!’ But do good: we will meet one another there.”
WOW! Multiple heresys in ONE SENTENCE!!!  Pope Carver Francis is on a roll! Heresy #1 - Calling himself Father
Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven. (Matthew 23:9)
Christ isn't saying not to call your dad your father, he's forbidding the use of such names as spiritual titles which accords an unearned spiritual authority to a mere human being, of which we ALL are. No one man is spiritually better than any other man and it's both wrong and sinful to claim to be so.

Heresy #2 - Preaching a works based salvation. There is no such thing, it says so multiple times in the bible that salvation is a free gift from God, all you have to do to claim it is believe in Jesus. Claiming that a sinful wretch doing good deeds is better than the holy and perfect God and His gift.
For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
Heresy #3 (Which is a heresy against the Roman Catholic Church and not against God or his Word)  The Catholic Church declares in it's catechism that it is the soul arbiter of Salvation, that whole bible thing is obviously nonsense
"For it is through Christ's Catholic Church alone, which is the universal help toward salvation, that the fullness of the means of salvation can be obtained." Catechism of the Roman Catholic Church, Part One, Section Two, Chapter Three, Article 9, subarticle I. Item 816)
So what  Pope Carver Francis did here was not only tell the world that the way of salvation set forth by God and Jesus Christ is wrong, but the way of salvation dreamed up by the catholic church is wrong too. Now you know why I call Pope Carver Francis a Bond Villain, he just threw everything out the window and is trying to take over the world.
