About

Per Fidem Intrepidus means "Fearless Through Faith". My courage isn't my own, it comes from the Holy Spirit, it's my faith in God and my personal savior Christ Jesus that calms my fears and allows me to move forward in this fallen world. Personally I'm afraid of a lot of stuff, but having the faith that Jesus adopted me as his little, sin filled, brother keeps me going.

Random Bits

"I walk through this sinful world as a
pilgrim in a foreign country" - CH Spurgeon
Pray for the families of the Oregon martyrs. I didn't realize it (because of our worthless lame stream media news) but the shooting rampage at the Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, OR was directed exclusively at Christians. Chris Harper-Mercer started his rampage by asking people one by one what their religion was. When they said "Christian" he replied "Good, because you’re a Christian, you are going to see God in just about one second." Then he murdered them.

We don't know the names of the Oregon martyrs but we do know who they are. They're our brothers and sisters and they were killed for their faith in Christ Jesus. We know they are under the altar in God's throne room, and soon they will be given a white robe:
When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained; 10 and they cried out with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, will You refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” 11 And there was given to each of them a white robe; and they were told that they should rest for a little while longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brethren who were to be killed even as they had been, would be completed also. (Revelation 6:9-11)
Obama to Christians: perversions are more important than your constitutional rights.

A lot has been said recently and in the past over whether Obama is a Christian or not. I'm not going to venture into that debate other than saying "By their fruit you will recognize them"

Religion of Peace Update #1: Genocide of the Christian Martyrs laid bare: ISIS butchers crucify thousands in Syria while the west does nothing.

Religion of Peace Update #2: Pastor Saeed Abidini, a US Citizen, remains in chains in an Iranian prison, and is now being considered a pawn by the Iranian President Hassan Rouhani. Rouhani claims that  Abedini will not be released until 19 Iranian prisoners held in the U.S. are granted their freedom. Meanwhile, Saeed's parents watch their son's physical condition deteriorate due the the endless beatings, and President Obama has remained silent.

Religion of Peace Update #3; A 19 year old Yazidi christian who was captured by ISIS and sold as a sex slave to an American member of ISIS. She escaped and is currently working with the FBI to identify the traitor.

Religion of Peace Update #4: ISIS' plan to usher in the muslim "Messiah" is to first conquer Rome, then next destroy Christianity. Because Islam is so hell-bent on destroying the Bride of Christ my guess is that the true identity of Allah isn't good.

Israel is slowly coming to the realization that they have no better friends than the Evangelical Christians throughout the world.

The sexual left and dissident catholics are up in arms (or at least whining loudly) because Mr. Pope spoke to an actual Christian on his visit to the United States.

True to form, the Vatican is downplaying Mr. Pope's visit with Kim Davis, even though Mr. Pope asked her to come to his embassy and chat with him.

Bill Nye, the Science Guy is at it again. Now he claims that if you wish to protect unborn children you “literally or apparently literally don’t know what you’re talking about.” Bill - mellow out, take some pepto, what's so hard to figure out that life is precious? You got to feel sorry for Bill Nye, he is a product of this nonsensical generation that loves abortion but hates the death penalty, and nearly as bad, he still believes in global warming refusing to believe it's a hoax and that the glowarm data is a lie.

No one in the bible talked more about hell than Jesus - so why don't we follow His lead?

  1. Not sure what to make of the Pope meeting with Kim Davis. There seem to be too many angles to this story. Would love to hear your take.

    1. I think it was just another disaster by whom can best be described as the "Joe Biden of Pontiffs" It appears that Archbishop Viganò, the man who arranged a meetings between the pope and Kim Davis and also between the pope and a gay man, is going to be fired.

    2. That adds another dimension to the story. Vigano as fall guy or just really dumb. Hmm.

Thanks as always for the random bits.

      Have a good week.
